A FRENCH ORMOLU AND MARBLE MANTEL CLOCK
EARLY 19TH CENTURY
the brass eight day movement with an outside countwheel and striking on a bell, the enamel dial with black Roman hours and Arabic minutes, the case surmounted by Venus and Cupid beside a brazier, on a plinth with further scenes of Venus and Cupid, on a marble base and turned feet
