An enamel and diamond brooch, early 20th century, designed as a ribbon bow set with circular-cut diamonds, suspending a heart-shaped locket pendant applied with green guilloché enamel, centring on a cushion-shaped diamond, mounted in silver and gold, measuring 2.4 x 2.3cm, case
