A Victorian ruby, pearl and diamond brooch, circa 1890, designed as a crescent moon set with cushion-shaped rubies and circular-cut diamonds, encircling a pearl, to a bar brooch claw-set to each end with a cushion-shaped ruby, mounted in silver and gold, length 4.7cm, pearl untested
