Patek Phillippe, a very rare lady's platinum, sapphire and diamond wristwatch, ref. 3447, circa 1960, the circular plain cream enamel dial with platinum hands, within a bezel set with channel-set with tapered baguette diamonds and carré-cut sapphires, to an integrated platinum bracelet, the shoulders set with baguette diamonds, case width 2.3cm bracelet length 16.5cm, dial, case back interior and manual winding movement signed Patek Philippe, case back with Swiss assay marks for platinum, numbered 3447/1 and 311314, case interior stamped 314, clasp stamped M and PT950
