A Victorian novelty silver-gilt scent flask,
by Thomas Johnson, London 1888,
scallop shell form, with shells and simulated coral decoration, bayonet fitting screw-off cover, the sides with textured wavy decoration, with a chain and ring attachment, length 9.2cm, approx. weight 2.2oz.
