A James I West Country silver Lion Sejant spoon,
by William Bartlett, Exeter circa 1611,
the reverse of the fig-shaped bowl with prick-dot initials 'M.M' over 'M.A', over '1611', and with an old collection label, faceted stem, with a gilded lion finial supporting a crowned shield with prick initials, length 17cm, approx. weight 1.4oz.
