Probably by William Homer, Dublin circa 1770,
circular form, gadroon border, the centre with foliate scroll decoration, and with a crest within foliate mantling, on four hoof feet, diameter 35.8cm, approx. weight 41oz.
The crest is a variant on Bayley.
