A pair of Victorian novelty silver owl pepper pots,
by George Unite, Birmingham 1867,
modelled in a standing position, fanned tails, gilding around the eyes, beak and feet, textured feathers, pierced pull-off heads, one set with white glass eyes, one set with orange glass eyes, in a fitted case, height 9cm, approx. weight 5.6oz. (2)
