A silver travelling writing set,
by Asprey and Co., London 1913, also engraved 'Asprey, London'
rectangular form, hinged carrying handle, initialled and dated '22.11.15' the four hinged sides open to reveal a gilded interior with a hinged inkwell, two compartments for stamps, three compartments for vestas and sealing wax, a pull-out dip pen, the centre with a circular taper stick and a seal, height 8.5cm, approx. weight 10oz.
