A CHINESE DING MOULDED BOWL
SONG DYNASTY
The interior moulded with six panels containing gingko, chrysanthemum, peony, lotus, camellia, plum blossom within a fine border of scrolls encircling a chrysanthemum roundel, 21.5cm.
Provenance: from the collection of David and Margaret Mellis, Presbyterian missionaries in China, c.1900-14.
