A 19th century continental .577 percussion service rifle, barrel 35.5 in. and numbered 62870, retained to the full stock by three bands retained by springs, heavily restored and with a modern plaque to the butt inscribed 'PHILIP BAKER BIRMINGHAM'. Section 58(2) - no licence required if possessed as a curiosity or ornament.
