The Duke of Edinburgh's Own Edinburgh Militia Artillery: a fine officer's helmet plate, gilt and silver plated, the Duke's monogram surmounted by his label of cadency and his crest, a banner below 'THE DUKE OF EDINBURGH'S OWN', supported by a wreath of thistles with a cannon at the base, 1890-1900, extremely fine and rare.
