A Martin Brothers stoneware bird jar and cover by Robert Wallace Martin, dated 1913, modelled standing on claw feet, the head with open, short beak and forward looking gaze, glazed blue and ochre on a buff ground, on ebonised wood base, incised Martin Bros, London & Southall, 17.10,13, to head and base, 17.5cm. high (2)
