Description

A George II mahogany table clock, the single fuse movement, with a verge escapement and a bob pendulum, the circular shield dial inscribed 'Miller Lombard street,' the hinged moulded bezel and glazed door to leafage spandrels, a brass re-positioned carrying handle, on bun feet, 32.5cm (12.75in) high. James Miller is recorded as working in London in 1758.
