A Victorian amethyst and half pearl locket pendant, mid 19th century, centring on a cabochon amethyst in a foiled setting, within a gold mount applied with rope twist decoration and set with half-pearls, the reverse with a glazed locket compartment, suspending a gold drop pendant, surmounted by a bail set with a foiled amethyst, length 6.6cm, drop pendant possibly later added, pearls untested
