An early-Victorian silver 'Castle-top' card case, York Minster,
by Nathaniel Mills, Birmingham 1844,
rectangular form, hinged cover, the front with a scene of the Minster, within foliate scroll decoration on a matted background, the reverse with similar decoration, and with a vacant cartouche, length 10.1cm, approx. weight 2.4oz.
