A Queen Anne Scottish silver-footed salver,
possibly by William Ged, Edinburgh 1710, assay master Edward Penman,
circular form, engraved with an armorial, on an unmarked elongated raised circular foot, diameter 30.5cm, approx. weight 29oz.
The armorial is that of Spottiswood impaling Arbuthnot.
