A near pair of Sèvres double shell salts (salière double trident), c.1848-50, each formed of two scallop shells picked out in blue and gilt, flanking dolphins entwined around a gilt column, raised on rectangular bases with puce decoration, incised letters, green date codes, 13.5cm high. (2)
