A RARE EARLY GEORGE III MAHOGANY LINEN PRESS

IN THE MANNER OF THOMAS CHIPPENDALE, C.1760

the moulded cornice above a pair of doors each with a large flame figural panel inside a moulded frame with Rococo 'C' scrolls and foliage, enclosing three cedar slides, the base with a moulded edge and rounded corners, fitted with two short and one long cedar lined drawers and bracket feet, with brass Rococo style escutcheons and swing handles
