Salisbury: An early Charles II silvergilt spoon, the figure lacking emblems with a large polyfoil nimbus, pricked IG over 1664 over IP, the stem later inscribed S. Palmer to E.C Notley, struck once in the bowl and twice on the stem with the maker's mark of Thomas Thornburgh, c.1664, 7.45in (18.9cm)
