A Chelsea scent bottle, c.1755, modelled as a bottle contained in a pale wicker basket, the neck painted with sprays of Oriental flowers, moulded with a bottle ticket inscribed 'Eau de Senteur', with a stopper formed as a colourful butterfly, the stopper possibly associated, 9.5cm. Contained in a fitted velvet-lined case.
