A CHINESE BAMBOO MODEL OF A 'DRAGON' INCENSE BURNER AND COVER
LATE QING DYNASTY
Decorated in high relief with a chilong clambering up the globular body, which features a pair of loose-ring handles hanging from dragon masks and three lion-paw feet issuing from lion masks, the cover with a low-relief decoration of two dragons contesting a flaming pearl, beneath a finial carved as a dragon with loose rings around its four ankles, the base inscribed Qianlong yiwei ke Du Shiyuan, 11.9cm.
