A SMALL CHINESE RU-TYPE ARCHAISTIC VASE
PROBABLY REPUBLIC PERIOD
Decorated with a frieze of kui-dragons above a band of lappets, rising to a fluted neck and a garlic mouth with scrolling clouds and a ruyi-head border around a gilt rim, with two scrolling handles to the sides, the base with a four-character Qianlong mark, together with a fitted box and cover, 9.5cm.
