the field comprised of polychrome bands containing geometric motifs, enclosed by ivory borders of stepped guls and arrowhead guard stripes, 201x 107cm, together with a Fars rug, South West Persia, C.1950, the field with stepped medallions surrounded by stylised birds and borders of hooked guls, and an Anatolian rug of ‘keyhole’ design (3)
