Description

A lead-glazed Staffordshire blue and white coffee pot, c.1780-90, the baluster body painted with a low hut beside tall rockwork, the spout elaborately moulded with a mythical beast, and a large silver-shaped dish painted with a figure fishing from a promontory behind rockwork, some chipping, the coffee pot's cover lacking, 33cm max. (2)
