OF 18TH CENTURY EUROPEAN DESIGN, 20TH CENTURY,
the pale charcoal field centered by a rectangular panel of naturalistic flowers enclosed by wide borders of baskets issuing flowers, and an outer pale lemon leafy guard stripe, signed in the outer guard stripe 'R.C.'
