A Victorian carved satinwood country house post box,
signed 'W.Perry London 1859',
rectangular form with an ivy leaf border, the cover with the arms of Lord Foley with surrounding acorn and oak decoration, the sides with motifs of trumpets, post bags and leaves, the front carved with a pigeon carrying a letter inscribed 'The Lord Foley, Worksop Manor', on four bracket feet, length 31.8cm.
