Description
A late-19th century travelling inkwell set,
unmarked, retailer's mark of Thornhill, 144 Bond Street,
rectangular form, the cover with applied Cameronians (Scottish Rifles) cap badge, to the interior hinged candle and taperstick holders, a sprung miniature glass inkwell, a match compartment with a striker cover and a push-button stamp compartment, length 8.1cm.
