A Meissen tête-à-tête set, c.1780, all pieces painted with bold sprays of deutsche Blumen including rose, auricula and convolvulus, within borders of puce striped ribbon around a gilt band, blue crossed swords and star marks for the Marcolini period. Comprising: a teapot and cover, a sucrier and cover, a milk jug, two teacups, two saucers, two spoons and a tray, 32.2cm. (12)
