A rare Cozzi saucer, c.1765-70, finely painted in iron red monochrome with a hunting scene of three figures on horseback beside a river, a boy with a dog in the foreground, all beneath a tall tree, the rim with a panelled gilt border, red anchor and incised X marks, broken and restuck, 11.8cm.
