A rare Longton Hall jug, c.1755-57, the quatrefoil form moulded to one side with a large spray of auricula, the reverse with a spray of pinks, beneath the spout painted with a further flower spray, the rim moulded with leaves and creeping tendrils, the handle broken off and restuck, a crack around the foot, 20.3cm.
