A pair of Chelsea candlestick figures, c.1765, each modelled with a winged putto or Cupid, one drawing back an arrow in a bow, the other holding a flaming heart, both kneeling among flowering bocage beneath scrolled and pierced sconces, raised on footed bases, gold anchor mark to one, some restoration, 22cm.
