unidentified hallmarks to rim of ‘RS’, possibly Robert Skinner, Exeter, (PS9197), triad of ownership initials 'M' over 'WM' opposite the hallmarks, of a form pewterers made to look visually 'broader' by adding incised lines to the outer edge, in this case a pair of incised lines separated by a deeper and wider 'groove’
