PROBABLY PENRITH, C.1700
touchmark of ‘LS’, probably Lancelot Smith, Penrith (fl.1662-1707) inside the base, ownership initials ‘AP’ to right of handle, which has a central pelleted ridge and unusual rectangular terminal, fine band to upper body below rim and low fillet
