For ikebana (traditional flower arrangement), one of the baskets features a pear-shaped body with a tall loop handle; the other boat-shaped; the wall vase a parcel-gilt bronze vessel, in the shape of a gourd adorned with leafy vines, one forming a loop for suspension.
