KORYO DYNASTY (918–1392), 12TH/13TH CENTURY

Decorated to the well with a twelve-petalled chrysanthemum and three cranes in flight amongst scrolling clouds; a band of stylised waves underneath the rim; the reverse decorated with another band of waves and three flower sprays; raised on a short foot.
