Saudi Arabia: a presentation sword (saif), the blade 36 in, nearly straight with a single broad fuller to each side and etched foliate decoration, incuse and gilt roundel to the forte bearing the Saudi national emblem; gilt-metal hilt with right angle terminal and bud-terminal quillons, multi-part knuckle chain interrupted by a medallion, simulated ivory grip scales; opulent gilt-metal scabbard set with paste stones in various colours; in a fitted case with inscription in gilt to the interior: "With the compliments of Eastern Province Governor His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed Bin Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz".
