the detachable part painted cornice with urn finials and pendant mouldings, above a pair of lancet astragal glazed doors, enclosing two shelves, the secretaire with an arrangement of pigeonholes and six drawers, one fitted for pens and ink, above three further drawers all with enamel handles decorated with an urn
