the 13 inch brass cylinder playing eight airs, striking on six bells, the crank handle numbered '13319', the card tune sheet inscribed 'Etouffoirs en acier soit a spiraux' overlaid with a label for 'Wales & McCulloch, Importers of Nicoles Celebrated Musical Boxes 56 Cheapside, London E.C.', the hinged lid and front inlaid with marquetry
