A LARGE AND FINE BRASS CANDLESTICK
DINANT, BELGIUM, C.1450-1500
having a bold flared socket with paired rectangular extraction holes, atop a discoid knop and ribbed baluster stem, a ribbed high-domed base and dished base with splayed foot rim, with a precisely engraved ownership or merchant's mark to the underside
