AN EARLY 19TH CENTURY BRASS WAX JACK
POSSIBLY HARRISON, BIRMINGHAM, EARLY 19TH CENTURY
having a spring-loaded bisected socket and integral drip-pan, a plain stem retaining original green pre-wound wax taper, with turned finial, on a circular base with heart shaped piercing and scroll handle and original lacquered brass
