A Victorian silver engraved 'Castle-top' vinaigrette, Scarborough sea front,
by George Unite, Birmingham 1843,
of shaped rectangular form, the cover with a scene of The Salon on the promenade at Scarborough, the sides and base with foliate scroll decoration on a matted background, the base with a vacant cartouche, the interior with an engraved and pierced silver-gilt grille, (pin a/f), in a fitted case, length 4.1cm, approx. weight 0.6oz.
