A Staffordshire lead-glazed figure of a musician, mid 18th century, of Astbury-Whieldon type, seated and playing the fiddle or violin, striated with green, blue and manganese, raised on a treacle-glazed base with an incised design, restoration to the fiddle and bow, 12.5cm.
