Born in London in 1964. Sarah Armstrong-Jones was educated at Camberwell School of Art where she did a Foundation Course followed by printed textiles at Middlesex Polytechnic and then at The Royal Academy Schools where she won The Windsor & Newton Prize in 1988 and The Creswick Landscape Prize and Silver Medal in 1990. She has exhibited regularly with the Redfern Gallery since 1995 in both solo and mixed shows. She is represented by The Redfern Gallery.
