Susannah Fiennes studied at Slade School of Fine Art and is a figurative painter who divides her time between doing portrait commissions, teaching a private life drawing class in Notting Hill and lecturing on looking at paintings from an artist’s point of view. Born in Oxford, she now lives and works at home near Abergavenny, South Wales. She has travelled extensively, and for five years lived painted in New York City. Susannah has exhibited her work regularly in both group and solo exhibitions. Her paintings are in the collections of the National Portrait Gallery, the House of Commons, Barings Bank and HRH the Prince of Wales.
