A FINE CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE 'BOYS' VASE
SIX-CHARACTER QIANLONG MARK BUT REPUBLIC PERIOD

The ovoid body applied with bats to the shoulder, the body painted with many boys playing beside a lake, two conjuring scenes from the Journey to the West, with a wood stand, 26.5cm. (2)

From an English private collection, purchased in Singapore, a copy of a receipt from Shanghai Art House, dated 30th December 1968 is available.
