the octagonal cable edge top with embossed bead and wriggle-work decoration, with three cast female busts above an ogee bowl with a pierced foliage and engraved border and a pair of spiral twist stems with hinged open handles, to a pierced base and domed stem foot with embossed foliate decoration and an octagonal cable edge
