A 17th century silver skull pomander,
unmarked, circa 1620,
the hinged skull with a pin and chain clasp, opening to reveal a compartment with a hinged pierced circular cover and inscribed on a banner 'Casterum', with a ring attachment, height 3.5cm, approx. weight 1.8oz.
