A German silver-mounted glass jardinière on a mirror plateau,
by Johann S. Kurz and Co., Hanau circa 1890,
oval form, pierced and embossed with classical winged figures and urns of flowers, foliate borders, with double snake handles and classical masks, on four bun feet, with a clear glass liner, the plateau of oval form, beaded border, on four hoof feet, length handle to handle 51cm, approx. weighable 44oz.
