Acquired from Robert Collis, who lived in Hong Kong between 1960-1980.
One pillow formed as a boy holding up a lotus leaf, the other pillow formed as two mandarin ducks sheltering under a lotus leaf, the phoenix depicted with its wings outstretched, the candle holders formed as foliate form cups on the backs of mandarin ducks.
